Responsibilities include:

– Budget control and financial oversight
– Building and maintaining relationships with key partners
– Monitoring cash flow and financial forecasting

Requirements:

– Proven experience in commercial management, ideally within international projects
– Fluency in Russian and English is essential
– Strong negotiation and communication skills
