As we scale, we are seeking a Business Process Manager to drive process improvement, operational efficiency, and business transformation initiatives across the organization.
Position Summary
The Business Processes Manager will play a critical role in analyzing, designing, and optimizing the company’s key business operations. This person will lead process improvement initiatives, identify inefficiencies, develop scalable workflows, and implement automation tools where possible. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to business units, ensuring alignment between operations and company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Design & Optimization:
- Analyze current business operations, workflows, and systems.
- Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Redesign processes to increase productivity and reduce cost and risk.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with department heads (Sales, HR, Finance, IT, etc.) to map and improve processes.
- Lead workshops and interviews to gather requirements and build consensus.
- Process Documentation & Standardization:
- Create clear and detailed documentation (Policies, procedures, SOPs, flowcharts, RACI matrices).
- Establish process governance and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Change Management:
- Drive the adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Train staff and stakeholders on revised procedures and best practices.
- Technology & Automation:
- Evaluate and implement tools to automate routine tasks (e.g., ERP, CRM workflows).
- Collaborate with IT to ensure process digitization aligns with infrastructure capabilities.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Define KPIs to measure process effectiveness.
- Regularly track performance, report findings, and recommend refinements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of relevant experience in process management, business transformation, or operational excellence.
- Proven knowledge of process modeling and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and process mapping software (e.g., Visio, Bizagi, Lucidchart).
- Project management experience or certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Certified Business Analysis Professional certification (CBAP) is a plus.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English; Russian is an advantage.
