Construction works are successfully continuing in another project of ours in Agdam city

The project in question is the Aghdam City Hospital project. In this project, in which we participated as the main contractor, the construction works started in 2024.

Currently, reinforced concrete works are being carried out in the project.

“UNICO” CJSC, specializing in civil construction projects, has successfully implemented dozens of projects of various purposes, meeting local or international standards during its period of operation.

Our latest project: ADA Primary School Campus – Phase 1

ADA Primary School is located in the heart of a green garden. This campus is called “Green ADA”. The campus has a 6,000+ m2 2-story academic building, 2 hectares of landscaped grounds, playgrounds, and a control point building.

Our team successfully completed the project in 70 days by performing “Design & Build” work in this project within a short time frame.

The furniture solutions used in the project were provided by our “BINESIS” factory (UniPro), and the design was monitored by our team of architects.

Mingachevir State University and VET Center

The land on the left is intended for the construction of the university campus on the right. In this construction project, which consists of 3 phases, the 1st phase is currently being done.

FROM UNICO’S SERIES OF SUCCESSES IN FOREIGN MARKETS

During his business trip to Almaty, the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kasim-Jomart Tokayev got acquainted with the works done in the New Terminal of the Almaty International Airport. On the eve of the opening of the terminal, the head of state was informed about the progress of the construction and the infrastructure created at the airport was presented. The airport with a total area of 53.5 thousand square meters has the potential to receive 14 million passengers per year. The new terminal will be the first terminal in Central Asia to be certified under the Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiency (EDGE) program.

We would like to note with pleasure that as a result of joint cooperation with TAV Group, all fire-resistant metal doors, fire-resistant VIP wooden doors and all other wooden doors in the VIP Terminal and PTB Terminals of the airport in question have been manufactured according to international standarts in the factory of the Unico group of companies (UniPro). We are proud to be involved in the reconstruction of an international-level project, which is the beginning of our export potential.

Azerbaijani and Kazakhstani presidents attended opening ceremony of Kurmangazy Children’s Creativity Center in Fuzuli

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev have attended the inauguration ceremony of the Kurmangazy Children’s Creativity Center in the city of Fuzuli.

As “UNICO” group of companies, we completed this project in 9 months, which we carried out construction works within the framework of joint cooperation with “BI GROUP” holding of Kazakhstan. We especially thank our partner for appreciating our work and awarding us with a letter of appreciation, and we wish success in our next joint projects!

Another point of pride is that each of our 4 subsidiaries included in the group of companies carried out the following works in the implementation of the said project.

PBA CJSC – design works
UniPro LLC – manufacture and installation of interior furniture and wooden products
together with ASSA ABLOY – for the first time in Azerbaijan, the implementation of the master key system, production and assembly of fire-resistant doors with high security certificates

We would like to note that within the framework of cooperation with “BI GROUP” we will also participate in the construction works of the newly built “Hospital” project in the city of Fuzuli.
