On January 29, 2024, an online meeting called “UNICO group of companies’ vision for 2024-2027” was held

The meeting was attended by representatives of the companies operating in the fields of construction, architecture and design, production, as well as trading, included in the group of companies.

Elchin Akhundov, the general director of “UNICO” group of companies, made speeches on several topics at the meeting, one of which was about the current situation and development plans in local and foreign markets for the present and upcoming years.

It was specially emphasized that “UNICO” has already become an internationally important company and operates in the markets of countries such as UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, as well as important steps have been taken to further diversify the current activity.

In conclusion, every member of the UNICO family who walked together on this path and showed their loyalty was thanked and wished success.

Meetings with new employees and interns are regularly held according to the Human Resources strategy of “Unico” CJSC

We hold online meetings with our employees working in our projects in the regions and discuss their current working conditions, business activities, as well as further improvement of working conditions and making their activities more effective.

Nowadays, enough conditions have been created so that distances do not hinder the quality of work, and our team is taking advantage of these conditions to constantly take steps towards development.

“Unico” CJSC organized a field trip to Karabakh for office employees

Thus, the employees got acquainted with the work done in the “Kurmangazi Center for the Development of Children’s Creativity” project, which is still being implemented in the liberated city of Fuzuli. The project staff gave detailed information about the works done to the site visitors.

As a reminder, we would like to note that on March 7, 2023, the groundbreaking ceremony of the Kurmangazi Center for the Development of Children’s Creativity, which will be built by the order of the President of Kazakhstan Gasim-Jomard Tokayev, was held in the liberated city of Fuzuli, which is a symbol of friendship, brotherhood and mutual cooperation between brotherly countries. It is a gift of the Kazakh people to the people of Azerbaijan, which embodies support.

“Unico” CJSC regularly organizes field trips for office employees, which support employees to become more familiar with projects and achieve effective results in terms of studying the relevant needs of that project and performing work.

Always paying special attention to the career development of students and graduates, “Unico” CJSC provided 2 graduates with jobs

Thus, 2 graduates who completed internships in our society successfully completed the internship program and got a job.

1. On January 30, 2023, Aytan Hasanbalayeva started her internship as a “Finance intern” in the “Finance and Law” Department. She successfully passed the internship program and was accepted as a “Junior Accountant”. Aytan Hasanbalayeva received a bachelor’s degree in “Tourism and Hotel Management” at Azerbaijan University of Tourism and Management.

2. On December 26, 2022, Dilbar Afandiyeva started practicing in the “Facade Works” Department as “Facade Design and Architecture Intern”. After successfully completing the internship program, she was accepted to the position of “Junior architect for facade works”. Dilbar Afandiyeva received a bachelor’s degree in “Architecture” from Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction.

The Team of “Unico” CJSC took part in the Career Exhibition

On April 04, the HR team of “Unico” took part in the “Career Exhibition” organized by the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction. The aim of the exhibition was to offer career opportunities in various fields for #graduates and 4th-year students.

More than 80 companies participated in the exhibition. The stand of “Unico” was noticed with particular interest by students, graduates, and distinguished guests.

It is worth mentioning that “Unico”, has always focused on the development of competent and experienced professionals, and has always supported our youth with gaining work experience by participating in such exhibitions, and holding various internship programs. In addition, interns who have distinguished themselves during the internship program and successfully completed the program have been given the opportunity to work in the company as junior specialists.
