Kamil Huseynov who graduated from Baku State University with a bachelor’s and master’s degree and received a doctorate degree from the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences. Also successfully obtained 7 levels of the CIPD in Human Resources. His professional experience is more than 20 years.
